This November, shooting is wrapping up on a Lion’s Gate’s film adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith’s best selling novel, “Pride and Prejudice and Zombies“.
Griffin & Wong was thrilled to be invited, to once again provide set design wallpaper panels for a compelling film project, and look forward to the movie’s release later in 2015. The film stars Lily James (Downton Abbey), Sam Riley (Maleficent) and Lena Headey (Game of Thrones), and also features Natalie Portman as Producer.
Griffin & Wong artisans hand-painted silk panels for a number of manor walls on set. These panels were created to an antique patina which was affectionately modeled after Jane Austen’s 19th century romantic world of love across social classes. We look forward to sharing more photos once the film is in theaters.
